Jessica Horrigan is a Mexican-American entertainment professional and independent script consultant based in the greater Phoenix area. With 10+ years of experience spanning television, film, talent representation, development, and content operations, Jessica brings a unique perspective that bridges the creative and business sides of entertainment.

Her career took her from talent representation at CESD Talent Agency (Los Angeles) to scripted development and international programming at AMC Networks, where she evaluated scripts and writer samples, provided notes on series and episode cuts, and participated in pitches and creative meetings. Prominent projects she worked on include Gangs of London, Firebite, and Kin. She later moved into media and content operations, working across FOX Sports and Tubi to manage live broadcasting events to creative projects, production workflows, and content campaigns from development through delivery.

Jessica now brings that experience to her work as an independent script consultant, working with aspiring writers for feature films, television pilots, and short films. Through her services, she provides thoughtful, honest, and actionable feedback designed to help writers strengthen their stories, refine their scripts, and advance their projects.
